Never shortlisted for interview despite being applied on Guaranteed Interview Scheme
Hi Muhammad - I am extremely sorry to hear that you did not get invited for interview despite the Guaranteed Interview Scheme. I can see that the GIS leaves it to the recruiter to score you across their specified essential criteria with a minimum of 60% being required to achieve interview.
Could you please get in touch with the recruiter and ask them for feedback on their scoring so we may review this in detail for you? We would then be able to assess whether the documents we prepared could have been improved in some way to better tick the box for the recruiter or indeed whether there may have been something missing in your background/experience that they felt may not qualify you for this particular role.
