I am very disappointed with the service I received. The language in the drafts was not even native, and no significant value was added. The work felt rushed, templated, and full of contradictions. You asked me to provide comments, which I did by spending my own time, but most of my feedback was not taken into consideration. This made the whole process frustrating and unhelpful.
Given that this is the first negative review we have received on here this year, your case has been passed to me to investigate personally. I am away on a business trip at present with zero spare time in my schedule but I promise to look into your case and revert as quickly as possible.
I note that when you received the first draft of your updated CV you did tell your writer, "It reflects my experience very well." Clearly you have not been happy with their subsequent actions so I shall be taking a close look at this just as soon as I have the time.
