I asked the writer the amend the cover letter many times and every time he just comes back with the same one. He was out of words and formatting and out of the industry knowledge
I can see that the initial cover letter was produced as a general one, because you mentioned several different roles that you might be interested in. However, once you clarified that you wanted the letter to have a specific direction, this is what was done. We asked for more information from you, and even gave you a call to discuss this, after which you sent in some sample job ads to facilitate this process. After the next drafts were sent to you, we received feedback that "Everything is perfect" and that you had just some very minor amendments. These were actioned, and you personally hit the Approve Order button on 29th September, which suggests everything met with your approval.
