Yes. We go to every length possible to prove that our customers' reviews are genuine. Some of the ways that we do this;
- By providing additional timestamps via our Verified Purchase badge.
- By publishing reviews swiftly whether they are good or bad (as well as responding to them).
- By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
- As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!
I liked the rapid responses to updates required. What I didn't like was only having the one verbal conversation. I had one phone call with Rebecca but no verbal contact with Christeline who was actually composing my CV, Covering Letter, and Linkedin Profile. It would have been more productive, in my opinion, to have discussed some of the proposed updates over the phone rather than continuously having to communicate with written notes. I did suggest doing this but was told no call was allocated. I would have also liked my Linkedin Profile to have been actually done by Christeline rather than copy and paste the information as some of the content and suggested areas for these to be added I struggled to find owing to my unfamiliarity with Linkedin. I could have provided my login details plus password and when profile was completed, changed the password.
