I would like to than Jeff for the dedication and the support. As a diplomat's spouse, I haven't worked in more than 10 years to take care of my family and I felt lost and very hesitant about re-entering the job market. Jeff has done a great job in highlighting and enhance my working experience and also in pointing out that these 10 years out of a paid job have not been a waste of time in terms of things achieved. He has also been very encouraging and patient and his phone calls have always been professional, but also fun. Now it's time to put to good use the tools (Resume/Cover letter/Linkedin profile) I've got. Wish me good luck!

It was wonderful working with Jeff creating my CV, Cover letter and Linked in Profile. He was not only very knowledgeable of the Sales rolls I was trying to obtain but also was able to assist with knowledge outside of my previous roles and future career paths as well as talk through writing cover letters to assist with visa sponsorship. Outside of the having to write a passcode to get into the site (Which has NOTHING to do with Jeff) I have nothing negative to note. I am overall very happy with this service and would use again in the future.

The ResumeCenter has an excellent secure online system to exchange documents and give feedback during the process. Jeff did a great job of pulling together resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile offering suggestions on how to improve my online presence.

I have used the service 3 times in total. The last two recent times has been a complete disappointment. I have been looking for a career change and yet only get calls or interest from my previous background, some of the tasks are literally the ones I had already added and some are repeated. Changing career can be challenging as you are inevitably going up against people who do already have experience in the sector you are targeting, so it can take longer to break into the new field. Jeff was easy to talk to on the phone when we discussed my needs, and he also was knowledgeable and was able to advise on job opportunities in WA. He was very timely in his work and response. I'm a very happy repeat customer and would love to work with Jeff again in the future.
I really struggled with differentiating from that should be on my Linkedin Profile and on my CV, Jeff, my consultant, created and amazing profile, with very simple instructions for me to upload.

Initially had reservations about using a CV service and whether I would be wasting my money. Decided on full Senior Consultant package (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile) and worked with my Consultant, Jeff. During the process I managed to find employment, so "unfortunately" did not use the improved documents, however, I am confident it would have delivered the sought results and happy I got "value for money".
