Yes. We go to every length possible to prove that our customers' reviews are genuine. Some of the ways that we do this;

  • By providing additional timestamps via our Verified Purchase badge.
  • By publishing reviews swiftly whether they are good or bad (as well as responding to them).
  • By continuing to accept and encourage reviews on legitimate 3rd party review sites like TrustPilot and Google alongside our own review platform.
  • As soon as we are able to have our reviews cryptographically signed a la blockchain by our customers, we will!

Awful service
Reviewed on | Senior Writer Oversight |Verified Purchase

I paid for the CV/Resume with linkedin profile and senior writer oversight. The CV was passable but I wasn't blown away by it. Despite giving them an extensive amount of information that I was wanting a cover letter for a career change they ignored this and chose to pigeonhole me with a cookie-cutter prefilled cover letter. When I asked for this to be redone and provided even more information with specific details of what I wanted I was told my writer was no longer available and they would find me a new writer. Two weeks later and I've still heard nothing and my order has automatically been approved. Awful customer service and a waste of money!

I'm very sorry that you are so unhappy with the service. However, on 6th October, when we had to unfortunately look for a new writer to take over your order, you confirmed that the CV was "perfectly fine" but that the LinkedIn and cover letter were too generic. So we moved those two services into a brand new order, assigned that to a new writer the very next day and initial drafts of the new LinkedIn and letter were sent to you on 7th and 8th October respectively. We have since sent you messages on both your new and original orders, and left you a voice message, but without any response. We remain on board to work with you if there are any changes needed to the documents prepared for you, but we just need you to contact us directly via one of your orders so that we can proceed.
