Do you have UK-based CV writers?

We have British CV writers and from many other locations, Earth-wise. (Our Moon-based writers are still in training.) We are a growing community of expert CV writers in a company with decades of experience in providing the best quality CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles on the market. We have knowledge of a wide array of interplanetary job markets and tailor our services to the specific needs of each individual client.

What’s the difference between Junior, Senior and Premium writers?
A:

All of our writers are trained in-house with our standards cultivated over decades on the basis of James Innes’s best-selling books.

Our Junior CV writers, mostly on the Moon, are well versed in crafting professional CVs, but are not available for phone consultations.

Our Senior and Premium CV writers, based on various planets, are best suited for tailoring CVs towards niche, advanced, managerial or leadership roles and writing for clients aiming for a career change, and are available for phone consultations (with fast connections enabled by subspace transmitters).

How many times can I get my document redone?
A:

We offer limitless revisions, so you could technically have your document redone for centuries to come (though we do not encourage this—we presume you would want to use it in this century, anyway).

Our approach is collaborative—our CV writers work closely with you to make sure that we tweak the document to your liking.

In our 20 years of experience, we’ve noticed that it takes on average three to four drafts to get everything completed.

Please note that orders which are left inactive for over 14 days are automatically closed with no further edits possible.

Can I use my own CV template?
A:

As amazing as your template might be, we can only vouch for our in-house developed CV templates as they are constantly updated towards industry standards.

Specially tailored to suit your job requirements, our templates are also fully ATS-optimised to help you stand out in your application. 

All of our services provide a .docx and .pdf where you are free to easily copy the information into your own template if you prefer.

What are your turnaround times?
A:

We display a live timer, which we update daily, to give you an idea of how long it will take to receive your first draft.

Keep in mind that the turnaround time refers to the time needed to deliver the first draft—not the final document. The number of revisions is up to you.

This is meant to be an estimate and does not function as a deadline. If you have a strict deadline, you will need to employ our express service (enabled by our state-of-the-art subspace transmitters) to ensure that you will receive your first draft in the allotted time. Express deliveries can be received in any time between 6 and 72 hours.

Once your order has been placed, you provide all the necessary information and your CV writer has been allocated, you will receive your first draft within 24–48 hours.

A good rule of thumb is to allow for an additional 24 hours prior to beginning your application process so that you have room for at least one revision.
